We met Rory at a mutual friends gig.

He was killing it... 

So after the show, with a brief congrats and affection

I got hold of his number and the rest, well you may say, is current history.

That's "Electric Avenue" for the uninitiated,

we couldn't drag him away from the baby grand, not to mention the Hammond & Wurly.

Did I forget to mention the bag of harps that never made it home?

Weary we do get with all the goings on...

BTW

Phil has amazing history in the Oz music industry and a killer technique with a copper mic adding delectable mids to the piano, and never have I felt so comfortable singing in any studio.
